By booking or using services provided by Prestige Empire Detailing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability. Prestige Empire Detailing reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking.

Payments

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and additional work required.

Prestige Empire Detailing reserves the right to charge additional fees for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair removal, sand removal, mould, biohazards, or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for informing Prestige Empire Detailing of any pre-existing damage, paint issues, electrical faults, loose trims, or sensitive areas before work begins.

Prestige Empire Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues identified during or after the detailing process.

Detailing Results

Detailing outcomes may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, paint quality, and prior wear.

While every effort is made to achieve the best possible result, Prestige Empire Detailing does not guarantee complete removal of all scratches, stains, odours, or imperfections.

Ceramic Coating

Ceramic coating performance depends on proper maintenance and aftercare.

Customers are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided after coating application.

Mobile Services

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle, including access to water and power if required.

Prestige Empire Detailing reserves the right to refuse service where working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.

Prestige Empire Detailing reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or non-attendance.

Liability

Prestige Empire Detailing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Mechanical or electrical faults

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage caused by faulty paintwork or previous repairs

  • Personal belongings left inside the vehicle

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Personal Belongings

Customers are advised to remove valuables and personal belongings before the service. Prestige Empire Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Acceptance of Service

By accepting the completed service, the customer acknowledges that the work has been completed to a satisfactory standard.

Any concerns regarding workmanship must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
